This petition covers addictive video games and platforms including but not limited to Fortnite, Call of Duty, Roblox, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and others.

1. Did/Do you game at least 3 hours a day?
*3 hours minimum a day to qualify
2. Have you played on Xbox, Playstation, or Steam?
*MANDATORY to add gamer tags in the next submission
3. Do you suffer from poor school or work performance due to playing video games
4. Do you show signs of withdrawal symptoms when games are abruptly taken away, such as Sadness, Anxiety, Restlessness, or “Gamer’s rage”?
5. Have you lost interest in sports, hobbies, or spending time with family?
6. Do you, as the “Gamer”, recognize and/or admit you may have a problem with excessive gaming?
7. Have you ever deceived your family about gameplay time?
8. Have you ever stolen money to buy coins or upgrades when playing games?
9. Have you ever tried to limit, control, or stop gaming altogether and failed?
10. Do you use video games to relieve negative moods? Relieve guilt? Relieve depression?
